I joined the Genome Metabolism research group in 2022 to work on my TDK project and MSc thesis and since 2024 I have been participating as a PhD student. My research focuses on the role of dUTPase enzyme using human immortalized cell lines and a mouse embryo model. My work primarily involves eukaryotic cell culture, immunoprecipitation, fluorescence and confocal microscopy.
