During my long professional career, I have worked in many areas of bioengineering, from the upstream optimization of fermentations to measurement techniques and downstream processing. I have dealt with the utilization of various biological materials, ranging from sweet sorghum to cosmetics. Currently, as a retired lecturer, I strive to pass on this knowledge to my students and colleagues in the research group.
