Introduction
As a staff member first at the Institute of Enzymology, I have gained extensive experience in protein structure research, with a particular focus on the design, preparation of purified proteins and their biochemical and biophysical analysis. My primary area of expertise is X-ray crystallography of single crystals, where, as the head of the Biostruct laboratory, I have coordinated numerous research projects related to this field.
Throughout my research, I have collected X-ray datasets at various European synchrotron facilities, and I have been responsible for the complete structure determination of proteins and small molecules, both in terms of theoretical analysis and practical coordination. In addition, I have acted as a practical trainer and advisor in the crystallographic research conducted by our international collaborators.
I have also been involved in organizing and leading several national and international practical courses, either as the main organizer or in collaboration with others. Additionally, I have held secretarial responsibilities for the Neptun and Poszeidon systems.
As part of my scientific outreach activities, I have contributed to events such as the "Researchers' Night," "Girls' Day," and the University Open Days. Furthermore, I have assisted in providing information to students from foreign universities, fostering their interest in pursuing scientific careers.
